New to the Artist Connection is Australian transplant / Brooklyn resident Karan Singh. Bringing his
witty & refreshingly clean illustrative style to the unspoken (until now) motto for the brand. As we’re
the last minute kings, for everything, but also when our best work is done. Can you relate?

Also new to the Artist Connection is designer+illustrator Oliver Barrett hailing from Clevland, OH.
We aligned with him & his ‘Completely Incomplete’ series and did one for the godfather of soul, the
minister of funk himself. The second installment dropping soon

New Artist Connection series in store with Oliver Barrett & his ‘Completely Incomplete’ series

“… I gave myself the task of spending 15-30 minutes a day to draw a one color portrait of anyone.
When the time was up, the piece was done with, no matter if I had completed it or not. I’ve always
been intrigued by incomplete work and the feeling of potential that you get while working. This
series of portraits is trying to capture that feeling. I try to keep in mind that I’m probably not
going to finish each piece, so that I can compose the page to create an engaging image even
though the portrait isn’t done…”
